The course is adressed to maxillofacial surgeons and orthodontists aiming at developing specific skills for the orthodontic-surgical treatments with 3D technologies.
The training course is based on theoretical lectures during which orthodontic and maxillo-facial 3D techniques are used and practical training where they will be shown how these techniques work on the patient.
Each person attending the course will be provided by a software for the diagnosis and for the 3D planning in orthodontic and maxillo-facial surgery, after which some medical cases will be analysed.
It will be possible, on other days, to visit the operating theatre of S.Orsola Bologna Hospital during some surgical operations (discussed during the course)
